I built an app to remedy my forgetfulness. Leveraging efficient, quick-thinking AI models to capture, transcribe, and classify inputs into bins meant to organize your thoughts. The goal: produce a product understanding enough to feel confident in using complete natural language, written or spoken, to keep track of your life on the go.
What you say, what it does
I owe Mark $45 for hotpot
- Opens a ledger under Mark's profile
- Nudges you occasionally to reconcile any balances
Remind me to bring my camera to Carolyn's party tomorrow
- Sets a reminder for in the evening to ensure you don't forget
Just met this guy named John today at the Plug n Play tech mixer, he owns Blizzard and mentioned we should get in contact to discuss my personal business.
- Creates a new profile for John
- Notes down that you met him at the Plug n Play tech mixer
- Notes down that he wanted to discuss your personal venture
- Sets a reasoned nudge so you can come back to this later
Why I built it
This idea came about when I started to meet new people at a rate my brain simply could not handle. I was already bad with names, let alone occupations, relationship to myself and others, and the topics of our conversations. From here it grew into something that could help me keep track of most things in my life.
I built it for the lazy soul, the one who has tried notion, reminders, and a handful of other organization apps, only to ditch them because the friction for one input was too high, or the captures couldn’t properly represent complexity.
The friction for one input was too high
Solved by taking natural language input from the press of a button, and sending it to a model for reasoning.
Captures couldn't properly represent complexity
Solved by a wealth of flexibility to the user. Notes can hold paragraphs of information, queryable by the models via a search key. Later, to reinforce this, a feature to create custom bins that gives the model enough to understand, but also the freedom to reason a classification.
Well, I am not sure if I will ever release this to the public, but if this is interesting to you shoot me an email. I'd be happy to send you a testflight build to try out!
